The Institution has an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) to address the grievances emanating from students, staff and faculty.

Functions and Responsibilities of Internal Complaint Committee:

  1. To accept and document the complaints
  2. To discuss the matter in ICC meeting.
  3. To resolve the complaint and make necessary recommendations.
  4. To convey the action taken to associated persons or complainer.
